Devices & installation
Which devices and system versions does the QuickQ client cover?+
Windows 10/11, macOS 11+, iOS 14+, Android 8+ and Ubuntu/Debian Linux distributions. One membership supports 3 devices online simultaneously.
Where is the safest place to get the installer?+
Through the official download page. On Windows follow the setup wizard, on macOS move QuickQ into Applications, and on mobile grant the VPN permission when prompted.
How do I handle security prompts during installation?+
Confirm the installer came from this official page. On Windows choose Run anyway on the dialog; on macOS go to System Settings › Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Connection & stability
In what order should I troubleshoot a failed connection?+
Confirm your local network works, switch locations or toggle between smart and privacy modes, then restart the client and device. Consult the tutorial or support if the problem persists.
Why do speeds differ between nodes?+
Physical distance, local congestion, carrier routing and device condition all play a role. The smart recommendation is the preferred starting point.
Some sites won't open even though I'm connected — why?+
Some sites apply regional or risk-control policies. Switching nodes, clearing the browser cache or trying another browser usually resolves it.
How is the streaming and gaming experience maintained?+
QuickQ maintains routes optimized for streaming and popular games, with smart routing choosing low-latency paths. Actual performance varies by region and network.

What are QuickQ's pricing tiers?+
New users can start with a free trial. Memberships are ¥49 monthly, ¥99 quarterly and ¥198 annually, with the annual plan 50% off for a limited time (about ¥16.5/month). See the pricing page.
How does renewal work after a membership expires?+
Renewal terms follow the purchase page and payment channel. You can review your subscription status at any time before expiry.
What is the device limit per account?+
Up to 3 devices online simultaneously. Manage devices inside the client if you need to free a slot.
Privacy & data
Does QuickQ retain records of my browsing activity?+
No. QuickQ enforces a zero-activity-log policy: browsing history, traffic destinations and DNS queries are never recorded. See the privacy policy for details.
Does QuickQ share user information with third parties?+
No personal information is ever sold. Only connection dates, general usage, plan details and error information are retained for operations and support.
