QuickQ terms of use

Please read the following usage rules and responsibility statements in full before using the QuickQ website and services.

Quick answer: Using QuickQ means agreeing to this document: the service must not be used for anything illegal or harmful; normal use carries no bandwidth limits; purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law or the checkout page states otherwise; and continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms of service apply to all services we provide and operate.

By using the QuickQ website, software or services, you accept the terms below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for criminal activity, spam, port scanning, network attacks, malware distribution, fraud, phishing or any other illegal or harmful behavior. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

Service availability

Actual available scope, speed, location and quality may vary. Maintenance, third-party failures, device state, network restrictions, interference and congestion can all interrupt or degrade the service. Stated network speeds are estimates and not absolute guarantees.

Privacy and logs

We do not record users' browsing activity, visited sites, DNS queries or message content; limited server-access-attempt information may be retained for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

We set no general bandwidth or traffic limits for normal use. Automated sessions, excessive network load or behavior affecting other users may be limited, suspended or terminated.

Installation and updates

To keep the service secure and stable, we reserve the right to deliver certificates, security fixes and subsequent software updates when necessary.

Third-party services

Third-party content may appear within the service, and third-party services may be reachable through it. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms; QuickQ takes no responsibility for their content or operation.

Paid services

QuickQ offers paid memberships. Available features, node locations, device counts, prices and promotions are shown before purchase and may change over time. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.

Cancellation and refunds

Except where applicable law or the checkout page states otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. Service performance may be affected by carrier conditions, location, network restrictions and device settings beyond our control.

Intellectual property

QuickQ and its services, interfaces, software, graphics, text and related materials are owned by Airui Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

Changes to this agreement

This agreement may be revised periodically. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance, so please review this page from time to time. You may use QuickQ only while complying with applicable law and these terms.
